If you find joy in simple pleasures, you will love this. Here’s a website called CoinmarketCrap taking a stab at the crypto market. Unlike Coinmarketcap, which shows you thousands of tokens, CoinmarketCrap is different.

It shows you one important token — and calls the rest of them as, well, shitcoins. Here is how the website looks like:

The subtle details on the top: Bitcoin 1 – Shitcoins 1514.

Bitcoin dominance: 100%.

Then the headline showing you the market capitalization of “Bitcoin and top 99 Shitcoins.”

All these communicates one important point:

Bitcoin is the king.

Rest of the tokens like Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin? Well, they are shitcoins named in order.

Of course, the owner of the project (@_sha265) started this as a Coinmarketcap parody site. As bitcoin held its value, and altcoins lost it,  the site has quickly turned into a favorite in the social media space.
