Binance Introduces Priority Support For Its VIP Customers

As one of the fastest growing cryptocurrency exchange, Binance has silently introduced a VIP service for its existing customers. Labelled the VIP Green Priority Pass, it offers you certain perks over a normal Binance account.

The benefit, right now, is priority support for your queries.

It doesn’t cost you anything to become a VIP member. Anyone eligible will receive an email (attached below). As per the email, everytime you logde a complaint or submit a request, you get priority customer support no matter how easy or complicated the issue is.

That is because your support tickets are placed in a special queue and answered immediately by one of the Binance representative. The entire email is here:

From our research, not everyone can be a VIP customer. It is a closed program and only users trading regularly on Binance have received the above email.

Started in 2017, Binance is already known for its fastest trading engine and a good customer support (better than most exchanges). This move will help Binance retain its customers and built its reputation further.
